Year of Action has begun. Obama curtails congress with gun confiscation law.
February 1, 2014
While the entire country has been distracted over the past several weeks with news from Justin Bieber controlling television news, the media hype surrounding the State of the Union Address, and the conversation thereafter of Obama's "year of action' -- has already came to pass even before it was stated.
A few weeks ago, President Obama used Executive Action, (or what I refer to as his boot gun) to bypass congress once again - this time on further gun control measures.
According to Obama’s newest unconstitutionally enacted law, healthcare professionals are now required to violate HIPPA privacy laws and submit medical data to the government. The illegally obtained data is then used as justification for gun "confiscation".
This is a soft form of gun confiscation, as earlier visions of this was imagined as a "hard" scenario of door to door weapons theft by the Federally Militarized Police; however this form is just as bad. If you have ever been in any type of institution or have been evaluated, health care professionals will now have to ignore State laws, and hand that data over to the over-reaching federal government, essentially leaving the door open for a justified gun grab. The government has mandated that patient’s medical data be submitted to the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS).
After which the government will sort through and analyze those not fit to own a weapon like those who were “involuntarily committed to inpatient or outpatient facilities," as stated above.
The executive didn't just set the stage before he took it, he already moved to play his part before announcing his final legacy as Chief Dictator to be past down to Presidents who follow. This is no doubt a measure to evaluate the public's response, and in reality has already been happening with returning veterans.
